Video downscaling

Hello,

i was wondering if there are any solutions to convert a digital HD video-signal (up to 1080p, 16 Bit YCbCr) to S-Video (PAL/NTSC). We found several solutions for D/A conversion or NTSC/PAL encoding, but not resolution downscaling.

Any hints would be greatly appreciated.

The stand-alone DACs that we have do not have downscaling. You may want to look at the AM389X, C6A816X , or DM6467 processors, although these may have more functionality and peripherals than you need.
