Hi,

I had a customer whom ran into issue trying to setup the GUI for DAC43401. They are always stuck st installation for the firmware upgrade through UNIFLASH.

Whenever they reach this step that load the image (image below capture from internet, not my file), it will prompt out a windows to asking to TI Cloud Agent Installation.

However, even finish installed and after refresh it but the TI Cloud Agent Installation windows keep prompt out.

They are not able to see the “FINISH” button below at the TI Cloud Agent Installation windows below.

Is there any way to install offline that not necessary to connect to TI server? Is there some IT changes required? Customer is logging on the laptop as adminstrator.
