ADC3660: Match a Processor for High Speed ADC

Hello, 

I am trying to match a processor with a High Speed ADC, such as the ADC3660/3643 or the ADC3543 (1ch version). I think the Sitara AM335x will work, but can someone verify? Maybe give a better option?

    Hi Delaney,

    There have been a few customers that I know of, that have used the AM57xx Sitarra family for the ADC3660 (in serial CMOS mode using the McAsp interface). They have also utilized decimation to improve performance and reduce the ADC output data rate (I think data rate max is around 50 Mbps). We are looking at releasing a reference design based on this implementation for the AM57xx, but will be a couple more months until it is ready.

    I would recommend connecting with the processor team to see what they might recommend beyond what I have mentioned.
