AFE4300: Accuracy of impedance measurement of AFE4300

Part Number: AFE4300

I am using FWR mode to measure bar resistance according to 2.1 of Application Report 'Impedance Measurement with the AFE4300'.

I have two problems.

1.

Depending on the impedance measurement range of AFE4300, I think a linear conversion value should be obtained in the range 0-2.8 kohm.

But if you look at the graph below, the error rate started to exceed 3 percent at 2300 ohm. How should I handle this?

I marked it with a red highlighter.

2.

Code values are stagnant in the 1900 ohm and 1950 ohm intervals. I've measured it more than 5 times, but the same problem continues to occur.

Is this the characteristic of AFE4300?

I marked it with a yellow highlighter.

The data below is the data I measured.

Slope and phase were calculated as 986.6 ohm and 1195.5 ohm based on multimeter measurement.

The left main axis is MULTIMETER and VALUE, and the right auxiliary axis is FWR CODE.In my graph, The VALUE of the legend is the conversion value of the FWR CODE.
