Please attach a screenshot of the COM port settings of your Device manager.

The device should show up as 'AFE44x0SPO2-FE EVM (COMxx)' under Ports (COM & LPT) setting in the Device Manager.

If this device is not recognized as the above in the Device manager then you will need to reinstall the USB drivers after disabling driver signature enforcement (refer to section 3.3.1 in the user guide on how to disable driver signature enforcement).

I have tried to do that but the problem is still there.

I am using windows 10 and in the USB drivers it is written "for Win2000/XP/Vista/7". Can it be a problem?
