ADS8681EVM-PDK: Simulation of ADS8681 in Keysight ADS

I'm new to mixed-signal simulation in ADS. I would like to simulate ADS8681 with front end RF circuits in Keysight ADS. The IBIS model is the best way to import? I have already imported the model. 

1) There are two models available. ADS8681PW and ADS8681RUM. which model is the best or more accurate? 

2) there are many sets of data available, Typ, Min, Max, Fast, and Slow. how do I know the parameters such as sampling rate and sensitivity of each set of data?

3) the IBIS model after import is shown in the figure below. in is input. what is PC, GC and DigO?

. 

as im new to ADC simulation in ADS, any application notes sharing will be very helpful. thanks in advance.

    Hi pragash,

    1. PW and RUM are different package of ADS8681, all parameters including R_pkg, L_pkg and C_pkg are same for both packages if you look at the model.

    2. The number for nom PVT(typ) is the parameter for nominal process at 27°C temp, the number for FAST PVT(min) is the parameter for strong process at -40°C temp, the number for Slow PVT(max) is the parameter for weak process at 125°C temp.

    3. I do not know what these pins mean, I will have to check with other team members. In the mean while, can you please post this question to the forum blow:
