Hi,

The customer purchased two products, one for BP-DAC11001EVM and one for MSP-EXP432E401Y. When the two products are used together, the customer follows the instruction manual, but in the end, it shows that the computer cannot connect to the hardware

    Hi,

    Can you go to Options ----> Serial Port in GUI and post the screenshot of the same?

    I just want to make sure that you are using the correct serial port.

    Change the port to the other available  port with the (Texas Instruments) or ACCtrl tag. One of the two ports with these tags will connect to the
    hardware.
