DAC80502: Device ID in Data Sheet DAC80502

Hello,

I'm trying Read Device ID from DAC80502 by I2C.

According to Data Sheet(DAC80502), DAC80502's Device ID is "0215h".

But I read Device ID "0295h".

Why is Bit7 of the device ID "1"?

In the same way as DAC80501, Bit7 Do you affected by the RSTSEL?

Hi,

I think there is some typo in datasheet. Device ID is 0x0295h for DAC80502M.

for DAC80501Z it will be 0x0215.

It mainly depends on 7th bit whether its Reset to Mid scale or zero scale.

DAC80501Z ------- > 0x0115

DAC80501M --------> 0x0195
