Dear friends,

I bought some ADS900 A/D converters some time ago, and found that some of them could be defected. The way I test them is to measure the resistance between pins 13, 14, 19 and 20. M y question is: are pins 13, 14, 19 and 20 all physically connected together? Should the resistances between them be zero?

Hi,

Those four pins (13, 14, 19, 20) are all the same function, which is analog ground and so yes they would be physically connected together on the silicon. You would expect to see nearly no resistance when measuring between those pins.
