Part Number: AFE7070EVM

Hello team,

If we want to evaluate AFE7070 with using AFE7070EVM, do we need also TSW1400EVM? or, Can we evaluate AFE7070EVM without TSW1400?

    Sato-san:

    It depends on how you want to evaluate the device.  If you need/want to load modulated patterns or multi-tone patterns through the DAC then you will need the TSW1400.

    The AFE7070 does have an on-board NCO.  You can use that to create a single tone BB frequency that can be sent to the output.  This would allow single tone evaluation without the need for the TSW1400.
