ADS7951-Q1: Looking for the GPIO leakage current information

Hi Team,

Our customer is requesting the leakage current of the pin numbers 1,2,29 &30 pins (Digital IOs) of ADS7951-Q1 since it is not available in the datasheet.
Can you provide this information?

If not, the input impedance for the same pins will be also helpful.

Hello,

The GPIO pins are CMOS family, meaning the circuitry inside is similar to that below. I suggest using a pull up resistor to the pins you will be using.

The EVM uses values of 47.5k, but a 10k will do as well.
