AFE4490: Input Current Noise of the transimpedance amplifier

Part Number: AFE4490

Hi Team,

Our customer would like to know the value of the Input Current Noise of the transimpedance amplifier in pA/√Hz. I have searched the Forum and other documents but I can find this value. Is it the same as the Input-Referred Noise Current?

Regards,

Danilo

  • Hello Danilo,

We do not provide the TIA input current noise. The noise is specified across the whole receiver path.

  • I understand Praveen... you meant that the input noise current is not specified. However, the value of the receiver path. My goal is to determine the SNR and to compare my "noise voltage" with the real measurements. That's why I need the noise voltage density at the output of the TIA (i think the TIA is the main source noise). Maybe you can tell me the noise of the  receiver path.? I thank you your  help.

Here is my calculation for my SNR. SO i need Ireff/sqrtHz   or Ureff/sqrtHz
