DAC8562: About logic input high voltage

Part Number: DAC8562

Hello,

I have a question about the logic input high voltage(VIH) of dac8562. It is mentioned in the datasheet that the minimum of VIH should be 0.7xAVdd. So if AVdd = 5V, minimum of VIH should be greater than 3.5V. Does that mean 3.3V signal can not be used to drive the logic input?

Many thanks!
