AMC3306M25: Sample rate

Hi,

My customer want to use a single channel isolated ADC integrated power supply to test DC voltage, include 5V~1000V and dividing voltage by resistors.

I promoted AMC3306M25, but I can only find the max sample rate is 21MSPS in datasheet. The GPIO speed of their MCU is 100k, is their a device that meets the need?

Hi Colin,

I would suggest that you look at the AMC3330 instead of the AMC3306. The AMC3306 needs a digital filter and can't be used with a simple GPIO pin. What is the MCU that you are using?

Hi Tom,

Thanks for your suggestion, I promoted AMC3330/AMC3301 for Voltage/Current measurement. The MCU is MCF51AC256.

Great - that controller has an ADC which can read the analog outputs of the AMC3330 or AMC3301.
