TPL0102-100: As-received power-up resistor value

As received, and before any programming, does the TPL0102 power-up with the wiper settings at mid-point? I would like to verify that it will not start-up in the open resistance state prior to programming a value.

Hi Chuck,

The IVR (initial value register) is factory programmed to 0x80, which is mid-scale. This value is automatically loaded into the WR (wiper resistance register) when powered-up. Shutdown mode is disabled by default, so it will not start-up in the open state.
