TPL0102-100: Power-up resistance state

Part Number: TPL0102-100

Hello Guys,

Good day.

Our customer wanted to confirm before any programming if the TPL0102 power-up with the wiper settings at mid-point?  They would like to verify that it will not start-up in the open resistance state prior to programming a value.

Thanks in advance!

  • Hi,

Upon power up, the device will go to 0x80h code for a very short period of time while it loads the stored wiper position in the
EEPROM and then will go to the stored position. This happens in less than 100 uS. If you don't have any stored position in memory, it will power up with 0x80h code.

    Regards,

    AK
