ADC128D818: Input voltage while unpowered

Hello

When the device is unpowered, may any voltage be present at any INx  analog input if current is limited ?

    Hello,

    The structures on each of the inputs pins of the ADC128D818 are all shown in the datasheet.  For pins with an ESD cell to the positive supply, this will conduct and the device may try to self-power when inputs are applied before the power-supply.  If the power-supply voltage is held at GND, then current will need to be limited through the ESD cell to less than the +/-5mA abs max ratings, preferably <500uA if expected to occur regularly.

    Yep, i already limited the current <100uA
