I will say that the datasheet is fairly limited in the specifications for the ADS1251, so I doubt there will be characterization data available for what you are asking. But I can check if you can let me know what specifically you need.

For example, we can find the description regarding "long term stability" at voltage reference like REF70.
Does gain or offset error at AD1251 need to take into account the variation over time?
It is similar as temp drift. Are there any characteristics will be changed during long term life?
The market at this opportunity is Test & Measurement.
Such a market has the requirement to keep the stability for performance.

Hi Takahashi-san,
Unfortunately the long-term stability specification for a reference is a very specific term related to the reference's output voltage stability over time. The ADS1251 has many specifications that would need to be measured for a similar "long-term stability" type of parameter, and therefore we do not have such a specification for this ADC.
Gain and offset error will likely drift over time, though we do not have any data on how much these parameters will change. The best solution to eliminate these errors would be to perform periodic calibration of the ADC. Performing a periodic offset and gain calibration has the added benefit of removing the temperature drift as well.
