    Thanks, no need for JESD204C IP in particular. 

    The issue I'm facing here is the JESD204C link requires <1e-15 BER, and this cannot be measured in the lab practically (1e-15 accuracy needs a very long BER measurement). So I'm stuck on how to validate the link I have.

    Hi AI31,

    Yes, we understand the requirement of JESD204C, and yes, this does require long observation time (depending on the SerDes rate). This cannot be avoided.

    You may test extreme corner cases with 1E-15 rate, and test other cases with 1E-12 as correlation to reduce your test matrix. Unfortunately, there is no way around the actual specification.
