ADS1100: Need a ADC with EVM available.

Hi team,

I'm looking for a ADC for research. I thought ADS1100 can meet my request but it seems don't have EVM board. Can you introduce me a ADC with EVM available so I can set my test?

We are going to put a thermocouple on the chip, the ADC will read the voltage and send the I2C signal to MCU(MSP430). The voltage level will be mV.

We need a EVM for the test.
