TSW14J56EVM: TSW14J56RevD Respin Fw.qar "Arria V GZ" not a valid device

Part Number: TSW14J56EVM

Dear TI expert,
I just sent this email to Intel FPGA support, hope they can give me some suggestion, in the meantime, I post it in TI's forum hope that someone has already encountered this problem and the solution is already recorded somewhere.
I use the latest Quartus Prime Standard Edition(20.1.1) with the Arria V device installed. when I load the Qar file downloaded from TI(TSW14J56RevD Respin Fw.qar), the compiler complained that "Arria V GZ" is not a valid device or not installed. the project uses TSW14J56EVM and AFE58JD48EVM to build an ultrasound image system. please help me solve this problem or figure out a workaround.
Best Regards,
David
////////////// Email to Intel support.

Thank you for your kind reply, I am working on a project that uses the Texas Instruments TSW14J56 evaluation board, with an ArriaV 5AGZME1EH29(ON schematic).
When I open the Qar file provided by TI, the latest Quartus Prime Standard Edition(20.1.1) said
Warning (13177): Your design targets the device family "Arria V GZ". The specified family is not a valid device family, is not installed, or is not supported in this version of the Quartus Prime software. If you restored a project from an archived version, your project was successfully restored, but you still must specify or install a supported device family.
when I run to install the device, it says Arria V has been installed. ( attached the screen capture)
I don't think I can change the device to compile the Qar file, because it is installed on the demo board.
please give me suggestions to solve this problem,
I used to be a loyal Altera user for many years but didn't use it in recent years.
appreciate your help.
