TX7332: how to use in 2 level power supply.

I want to use TX7332 with 2 levels of power supply.

Power Supply voltage value are 40V and 0V.

I think this device can't connect pins of AVDDM_HV to GND.

Can I leave to open pin of AVDDM_HV?

Is it possible to use it in 2 levels of pulser?
