Abhilash,

This is a very old legacy Burr Brown device and not sure if the database is available for this. Unless you can present a very large business case, the time and money involved will not be worth the effort.

Abhilash,

The closet IC I can think of would be the DAC902, which is a single DAC version of the DAC2902. The IBIS model is under the DAC902 product folder on the TI website.
