ADC12DJ3200EVM: How to get I/Q data from HSDC

Hi,

I am using the ADC12DJ3200EVM with the TSW14J57.

I want to plot the data obtained by sampling the input signal from SG on a constellation diagram, but I don't know how to get the I / Q data.
Measurement is performed with Fs = 2700M, JMODE 0.
I / Q data is not saved when I save the Code csv file.
Is it possible to output I / Q data in JMODE 0?

Hi Lidong,

You cannot get I\Q data in JMODE0 you will need to use decimation modes. You can use any mode from JMODE10-16 and HSDCpro will channelize the I & Q data for example, the HSDCpro will show four channel outputs and Channel 1 and Channel 2 will be channel A's I and Q data and Channel 3 and 4 will be Channel B's I and Q data.

Thank you for answering the question.
I understand that I / Q data cannot be acquired by JMODE0.
As your advice I tried it with JMODE12.

When Fs = 2700M and the output data rate in HSDC is 2700M, it is displayed that it exceeds the ADC rate.
Also, I got an error when I tried to capture.
I will attach a photo of the error.
I would be grateful if you could tell me how to acquire I / Q data at Fs = 2700M.

Hi Lidong,

Since JMODE12 is decimation mode by 4 the output data rate is sampling rate/4. So if you are sampling frequency is 2700MHz your data output mode will be 2700/4 => 675MHz. Please enter 675MHz in HSDCpro instead of 2700MHz. Please let me know if this works for you.
