I purchased a TSW3100 pattern generator with DAC3283EVM evaluation board kit from Mouser but the operating software for the TSW3100 is an old version. According to the installation instructions I need version 2.2 or higher of the operating software for the TSW3100 in order for it to work with the DAC3283EVM. I contacted TI about getting the later version of software but was told to go through Mouser. Mouser send me a new kit but it has an even older version of the operating software and still will not work. All I need is the operating software for TSW3100 version 2.2 or higher. Can you PLEASE help me? We are now very behind in our design schedule because of this issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
