Please can you share below details for MPN : ADS8556.I have checked datasheet but it is not mentioned.

  1. Sample & Hold Capacitance
  2. Fixed Error Count
  3. Max Injection Current
  4. Maximum Input Pin Capacitance.

    Hi Shweta,

    Here are answers:

    1. The sampling capacitance (Cs) is specified in the data sheet:   20pF for +/-2Vref input range and 10pF for +/-4Vref input range

    2. Please clarify what fixed error count is.

    3. We do not have a specification of maximum injection current for ADS8556. However, the parameters of the Absolute Maximum Ratings(Abs) for stress indicates that a stress above the Abs ratings may cause permanent damage to the device. Exposing the device to the Abs ratings for extended periods may affect device reliability. Therefore, it's a good practice to keep input lower than Abs ratings including +/-10mA maximum current with extra margin.

    4. The input pin capacitance for analog input is the combination of sampling capacitance and the parasitic capacitance (5pF).

        The input pin capacitance for digital or reference input is 5pF.
