ADC12DJ5200RFEVM: Using internal clock

Hi,

We have tried to work with ADC12DJ5200RFEVM with external clocking and it has been extremely difficult in our application. We really need to use internal clocking feature, which requires wire bonding which we don't have this capability at our University. I was wondering if you could give suggestions on where we could get the wire bonding done, can TI help us to do the wore bonding?

Just so we are clear, you want to use the on-board clock option on the 5200RF EVM?

You need someone to solder these modifications on the EVM for you?

Yes, it seems we need to disconnect two connections and do wire bonding for two other connections. I think it is not a simple soldering since it is a high-speed circuit, we think we need to do wire bonding.

Hi Hossein,

Just to confirm, see the attached pic, this is what you need configured on the ADC evaluation board?

If so, I can send you an email offline and you can send us the evaluation board, and we can have this modified for you and ship the board back to you. Otherwise, I would use a local pcb assembly house that should be able to do these modifications.
