I can't install INSTALLER.EXE on my pc (Windows 10)

What is the cause?
Where do you download the latest version?

    Hi Sadao Ishihara,

    Welcome to the E2E forum!  The software GUI used for the ADS1220EVM was designed for Win7, but there should be no issue installing on Win10.  The GUI consists of two separate downloads and installations.  The installation requires administrator rights on the PC to which the software is being installed.  The ADCPro software must be installed first followed by the ADS1220EVM plugin.

    The first software installation is the ADCPro software and can be downloaded from the ADCPro tools page:

    The second piece of software is the ADS1220EVM plugin and can be downloaded from:

    https://www.ti.com/tool/ADS1220EVM

    The most common issues we have seen is either installing the software in the wrong order, or the user not having administrator privilege when installing.  If you are still having issues, please give more detailed information on which part of the installation you are seeing the issues.
