Hi Chin-Win Lin,

When the ADS7863 gets into this state, are you able to reset the device by issuing a software reset as noted on page 28 of the data sheet?

hi Tom : I can not reset ads7863 becourse I ues it to replace orginal device ads7861 (SDI =0) , are threre any more detal data sheet of ads7863 internal control logic structure? another problem I test ads7861 (CONV shorted with RD CS=0 m0=1m1=0 A=0) Busy had signal output normal but SOA SOB aways LOW . WHY?
