Could you please let me know the supply current of REFP pin for ADS7954 and ADS7955?

Can I calculate by reference voltage and reference resistance ?

Hello.

Yes, you can calculate the current drawn by the REFP pin using the reference voltage and resistance. The typical numbers I have seen on a few devices on the lab are well within this.

However, if you are budgeting for it in a design, you might want to add a x2 margin to it. So 2.5V/100kohm*2 = 50uA should be fine.
