DAC104S085 abnormal voltage test

Hi,

my customer is going to conduct these two abnormal applied voltage test with DAC104S085

described in attached file.　DAC104S085 must work normally after the test.

Can DAC104S085 accept these two test?

If not, is there any method to pass these test? , or any device which can accept these 2 test?

Any suggestion would be appreciated.

Hi Go,

The ESD clamps will engage.... but their survival will depend on how you limit the current during these tests.

What is the purpose of these tests?

Are you planning on using the devices in your system after the test?

There're some misunderstandings about this situation.

The abnormal voltage test isn't conducted for DAC104S085.
