Dear Specialists,
My customer is considering ADC088S022.
The device is needed for 16bit continuous SCLK.
But the customer's SCLK is input every 8bits, because of the controller spec.
The interval is a few microseconds.
Could you please see attached file.
In this case, how is an accuracy?
The interval is longer than minimum CLK frequency(0.8MHz).
Duty cycle is not met the spec (40% -60%)
I think the accuracy depends on discharge spec of sampling capacitor.
