ADS1278 No Data out in FrameSync Mode

Hi all
I had design an analog board which i use ADS1278 analog chip.

and I try to connect it to STM32F4 through SPI port which I had control FSYNC time by Sent 0x80.

In test with ADS1278EVM , it's that fine...

but when I try to my design board ... the signal not work!!!!! but I don't know what's wrong with it.

does anyone has suggestion..

 

and this is my Circuit

    more details...

    I was set IC function like this

    Mode 0 = High
    Mode 1 = High

    Format[2:0] = High Low Low

    ClkDiv  = High

    Hello Tinnagit,

    I'm not sure which two signals you are showing in the oscilloscope capture, are they SCLK (CH1) and DOUT (CH2)? What is the master CLK frequency that you're using?

    Please send us a scope capture with SCLK, FSYNC, and DOUT together. This will help us confirm that you are sending FSYNC at the correct data rate and that you are setting enough SCLKs in that period to shift all of the data out of the device.

    Yes
    that's waveform of FSYNC and SCLK/CLK (I connect together).

    My question is about waveform that it's not low as GND (0 Volt)
    that's floating on 2.5Volt , What's happen on my chip?

    Master I/O , I config to Pull-Up and Push-Pull...

    which I try to used with ads1278EVM (Evaluation Board) that's fine.

    all signal can be 0 Volt and 3.3Volt.

    I think it's maybe in sleep mode? but I 'm not sure...

    and I don't know how is it.
