ADS4122 RCR filter

Hi,

My customer measures the analog input-pin voltage on the condition that analog input-pin is open.

Then there is the noise synchronized sampling clock.

The waveform is following;

It is mentioned about RCR filter on the figure 105. of the datasheet.

What is this filter?

Is this filter related to improve the noise?
