Dears, i am developing a large number of channel x-ray detector for dosimetry and I would like to use the AFE1256.
The device comes with a package type COF which is a standard FPC-to-PCB connector (0.5mm pitch) on the electronics side. That is fine and easy.
The problem comes from the detector side where only a parallel strip of solder plated pad with 0.1mm pitch is available. Even the EVM doesn't provide any solution on how connect the front-end to the detector.
Do you have any suggestion on how to connect that chip using a standard process? not many companies provide PCB manufacturing with 50 micron track spacing and 50 micron track width.
