Our customer want to know ADC088S022 circuitry in order to decide their test strategy.
Could you tell us know whether ADC088S022 have multiple T/H and SAR circuitry or just one as specified datasheet?
If only one, it seems that they will to linearity by using entire mux channels (Not indivudual) to shorten their test time.
