I just reverified this on a revD EVM - works as expected.
R55=1k
R57/58/59/60/129 = 0
R61/62/63/64 = remove
I started up Quartus programmer, ensured the the USB Blaster was connected properly, did a scan and it found the Stratix IV FPGA.
If this works then you can use the JTAG as you normally would with Quartus. If not check your soldering.

Can i still use the HSDC?
i will very happy if you can give me a example about tsw1400.

Hi,
Yes you can still use the register and SPI access ports to the TSW1400 from HSDC Pro. Typically you would load the firmware first using JTAG then start HSDC Pro. It will attempt to communicate with the firmware to confirm if it already has a loaded firmware.
However if you modify the firmware, HSDC Pro may or may not work with the new firmware. There is no guarantee, HSDC Pro is only guaranteed to work with our official released/tested firmware.

Hi,
I do not have any files to use with Quartus and JTAG. You will need to generate a sof or pof firmware file to load via Quartus.
