ADS1000: ADS1000 pin compatible SAR

Hi,

I have unfortunately designed in an ADS1000 device in an SOT23 configuration with I2C interface and it now turns out I need an ADC that can aquire for somewhere around 100-200us.

    I don't know of any devices that could be a drop-in replacement for the package. There is an option with the ADS1013, which is available in a small package, but not in a SOT23 version, and it's a little slow at a 3300SPS data rate (~300us period).

    There are a few single ended devices that are SOT23, but pinouts are different and the ADCs are single ended inputs. These would be the ADC121C021/C027. These devices are 12 bit devices, and have 10 and 8 bit options. These devices come from the National Semiconductor side of the company.

    Other devices that are higher speed are typically SAR type ADCs. I'll need to have someone else answer for that product line. It would help to know what your exact requirements are. Besides data rate, it would help to know the desired interface, resolution and other features you need.
