ADS7924: Can be used as a traditional comparator?

Part Number: ADS7924

In our design we need to have an interrupt whenever that the input signal goes over a programmable threshold.

The signals we have to monitor varies from 0 up to 3V.

We would like to trigger an alarm when the signal is over 1V. The signal nominal level is around 0V.

If we set the LLR to "00" the alarm is triggered when the input is at nominal (0V) level.

Is there a way to disable the lower threshold using just the upper threshold (as a traditional comparator)?
