Hello,

TPIC83R00 BENCH can connect EVM board correctly.

when I modify a conifgure on TEST MUX Tab, relative register can be effected normally. But when I modify configure on other Tab, relative registers have no response, why?

Is there a manual to show how to operate the TPIC83R00 BENCH?

Hi Shuwei,

When you attempt to read the register, are you placing the internal 8051 microcontroller in reset mode? The digital interfaces cannot access the registers, unless the micro is in reset.

Then why can TEST registers be read and other registers not?
