ADS7946: Temp drift

Hello,

I would like you to confirm whether you have following spec or not.

1. Typ value of "offset drift w/ temp" and "gain drift w/ temp"

2. Max value of "offset drift w/ temp" and "gain drift w/ temp"

I understand you implement figure(figure 46 and 49) about above.

However, if you have 2σ data(Typ) or 6σ data(Max), could you please share it ?
