Hello, I would like to ask ADS7883 maximum sampling frequency 3Mhz, in theory, can sample 500MHz square wave, in fact, can pick 500Mhz square wave? I need to sample the high and low levels. Trouble you.

    This probably should have been a 'Ask a new question' sort of post since your query does not seem to relate to the clock jitter of the ADS7883. By Nyquist, a 3MSPS ADC device could sample a 1.5MHz signal. For a 500MHz signal, you would need to sample at 1 GSPS minimum. At 500MHz, your square wave would have high and low times of 2ns, while the acquisition time of the ADS7883 is 52ns minimum, so I'm afraid this won't be a viable solution for you.
