Is there a noise spec for the built in internal reference on this device (noise spectral density and 1/f)?
I've looked the ADS1263 reference noise and measured it in the past. Here were my findings:
I don't have data from multiple units to tell you how much variation you might see from device to device; however, I would not expect this type of parameter to vary too much. Also note, that this is a low-power integrated reference...If you compare this performance to say a REF5025, you'll certainly get lower noise out of the higher-power (about 4x the bias current), external reference source.
