What is the different  between AMC1304L25 and AMC1305L25,could you explain it?

    Hi Kamin!

    Welcome to our e2e forum! The AMC1304L25 has an internal LDO on the HV side. You can supply it with a power source of up to 18V and the internal LDO will take care of the rest. The AMC1305L25 would need a (regulated) power source of 4.5 to 5.5V on the HV side. Other than that, they are essentially the same part. Please do let us know if you have any further questions.
