Hello

I using the DAC38RF8x GUI.

DAC clock is not set to 8GHz.(Invalid PLL Frequecy)

The data sheet states that 8Ghz is possible, but why can not it be set?

How do I set up 8Ghz?
If Ref Feq is set to 116, 8Ghz can not be set.

Hi,

In your case, just change the reference clock in GUI from 125MHz to 135MHz so that the GUI will not throw an error. Only change the reference clock in GUI but keep the actual physical clock frequency you provide to the device the same (provide 500MHz to SMA J4).
