ADS4122: Consumption current of device thing (device difference?)

Part Number: ADS4122

Hi,

ADS4122 data sheet (SBAS 520 C) page 13
Analog Power ADS4122, ADS4142 (125 MSPS): 112 mW
It is stipulated in.

The ADS4122 and ADS4142 are specified with 65MSPS. (page4 5.Device Family Comparison)

For this reason, I think that the devices written in the 112mW section are ADS4125 and ADS4145.
Is this a mistake?

※ Also Digital Power, LVDS Interface, low LVDS swing section,
Similarly Digital Power, CMOS interface, 8pF external load capacitance, fin = 2.5MHz
   Also Standby.

It is also a mistake and I think that it is correctly ADS4125, ADS4145 (125MHz).

best regards
cafain

    Cafain,

You are correct. This is a typo in the data sheet. This will be corrected in the next release of the data sheet.

    Regards,

    Jim
