DDC114: DDC114 Offset different Tint time problem

My customer is using DDC114. Now they measure the offset value, no connect to DDC input. When the Tint is different, the offset values is different. Attached are the detail information. Could you give some comment about it?rang0_offset.xlsx

Hi Xiao,

Can you let us know the CLK frequency they are operating the device at?
Additionally can you please confirm if the data that was attached correspond to only 1 channel?
If so, which channel is it?
Is it side A or side B or both in sequence?

Yes, Only 1 channel
Side A. Side B is the same.

Thanks for your response.

The offset data across all Tint shows the 60Hz signal modulated on periodic KHz signal.
Was the data gathered using the TI DDC114EVM or is it from customer's own board?
Was the board shielded? If not, would it be possible to retake the data with the board shielded?
Has the customer analyzed the data of the other 3 channels? Do they look similar as channel 1?

It is from customer's board. it wasn't shielded. The other 3 channels is similar. but how to explain the different sample rate, the value is different. Does the customer meature offset way is wrong? the input is floating.
