Part Number: ADS7947
I'm looking to replace ADS7883. (single ended, rail-to-rail)
My Analog supply voltage is 5V and sample rate is 500 kHz.
The ADS7947 is a pseudo-differential AD.
Will it be suitable for replacing ADS7883?
Although the ADS7883 would be a fine equivalent, it seems that a 2MSPS sampling rate is over kill for your application which only requires 500ksps.
I did a quick paramtertic search, and filtered, by SPI interface, 2 or less channels, and explicitedly 12 bit resolution. But i also limited the sapmling rate from 500k to 1500ksps, and came up with these 10 results.
Note that neither the ADS7947 nor the ADS7883 appear because of this sampling rate limitation.
Maybe you'll find one of these devices as a better fit.
