AMC1304M05-Q1: Discontinuous current sensing and Common mode voltage

I intend to use the AMC1304 sigma delta modulator for inductor current sensing in a dual interleaved boost converter that am designing. This boost converter will have an input voltage of 100V and an output of 380V with a switching frequency of 50kHz. This boost converter will operate in both CCM and DCM depending on the power output. 

1) Looking at the datasheet of the AMC1304, the Operating Common Mode input range (Vcm) is -0.032V to 1.2V. With such low Vcm, can the AMC1304 be used in my design without adding an op amp (i.e. high side current sensing)?

2) Since the inductor current becomes discontinuous at low loads, is the AMC1304 a good choice to use for sensing this discontinuous current?
