The application note states "The value of CP is chosen such that zero as a result of RP and CP is approximately 60 Hz." Table 1. shows the different values for Rp and precision labs can be used to help understand poles and zeros, located here: training.ti.com/.../1211 - Bandwidth 1 - slides.pdf on page 4.
